Clean. Handicap room that was actually suited for a handicap person. The cleaning staff, desk attendant, and morning manager returned my wife’s wedding rings that she left behind accidentally!! They easily could have pocketed the rings but they were honest! So thankful!

Hawthorne never disappoints. The staff is friendly from check in to check out. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. I have stayed here for a conference prior to this visit and chose to stay here with my family on this visit. My family was very impressed with our stay and even more surprised at how reasonable the cost was.

I am delighted about this clean amd well maintained hotel. I have had so many disappointments in the past few years with lower and mid pricer hotels. This one, even though affordable,is very nice! Traffic noise isn't great but everything else is. Staff are very nice too.

Check in was done prior to arrival. It’s a completely non smoking hotel inside and out. Hate walking in to smokers standing outside. Our room was far better than I expected. Everything was clean. Even washable throw covers on the furniture. …

First the bad, it's a right hand only out of the parking lot. It started off as an annoyance ended as an ok you're not making a left here anyway. It's right near everything we wanted to do, easy access. It was so incredibly inexpensive I expected a place sleep then run away from. That was entirely not the case. Rooms were clean, well furnished, staff was respectful except for the gentleman at the front desk. I wish I got his name he was amazing! So nice, made you feel like family not just a guest. I wish every place we've stayed was like this. I literally can not say enough good things about this place. 10/10 would stay here again

Pleasantly surprised it was a great stay. Clean nice suite room the check in was great that staff member was super nice and answered our questions and the continental breakfast was fine. If i could add something would be scrambled egg bacon and sausage but for the price cant complain
